Marineaktivität. Naval Research Lab installiert Sofar-Wellenboje vom 22. Juli bis 3. August 2026. Zwei Sätze mit je zwei Bojen (eine rote Polyball-Ankerboje und eine gelbe Spotterboje). Gefahren: 5-m-Fangleine horizontal nahe der Oberfläche und vertikale Verankerungsleine. Bojen bis November 2026 positioniert.

Original: The Naval Research Lab will be conducting a Sofar Wave buoy installation in Saratoga Pass from 22 Jul through 03 Aug 2016. These buoys will be in place until November 2026. There will be two sets of two buoys each, comprising of one anchored red polyball buoy, and one yellow spotter buoy tethered to the red polyball buoy. The hazard is a 5m tether line horizontally near surface from the Spotter to the red polyball buoy, and vertical mooring line from the red polyball to a clump weight anchor on the seafloor at the below locations.
