Brücken. NY - NEW YORK STATE CANAL SYSTEM - Erie Canal. Vom 8. September 2026 bis 21. September 2027, täglich zwischen 06:00 Uhr und 18:00 Uhr, werden zwei Prähme (40 Fuß × 32 Fuß) die Brücke E-163, Chili Avenue (NY33A), bei km 262,3 über dem Erie Canal ersetzen. Die Prähme werden mit 2-stündiger Vorankündigung verlegt, indem sie auf UKW-Kanal 16 angerufen oder unter 585-813-1415 angerufen werden. Eine temporäre Fußgängerbrücke wird neben der Konstruktion installiert.

Original: NY - NEW YORK STATE CANAL SYSTEM - Erie Canal From September 8, 2026, through September 21, 2027, between the hours of 0600 and 1800 daily, two barges, 40-feet by 32-feet will be replacing the E-163, Chili Avenue (NY33A) Bridge at Mile 262.3, over the Erie Canal. The barges will move with 2-hour notice by hailing them on VHF-FM Marine Channel 16 or by calling 585-813-1415. A temporary pedestrian bridge will be installed adjacent to the construction area. All temporary reductions in vertical clearances over the canal will be marked with steady burning yellow lights and any horizontal reduction
