GIWW – Vermessungsbetrieb: 22.–31. Juli 2026. Geotechnische Bohrarbeiten außerhalb der Fahrrinne in der GIWW, Meile 433,6 WHL. Vier Bohrungen mit wasserbasierten Geräten in je 20 Fuß Abstand von Nord- und Südufern zur Vorbereitung einer Ufermauersanierung. Arbeitszeit Montag–Freitag 7:00–17:00 Uhr. Einsatzschiffe: M/V TP und M/V TERRY B.

Original: GIWW - Survey Operation --- From: 2026-07-22 To: 2026-07-31 --- Geotechnical drilling will be conducted outside of the navigation channel along the GIWW, Mile 433.6, WHL. Operations will consist of soil borings and sampling to support bulkhead rehabilitation design. Borings will take place within 20 ft of the north and south shorelines adjacent to the existing bulkheads. A total of four borings will be performed using water-based equipment.
